This definitely adds a level of fidelity to a pixel based game. The controls are simple yet effective and intuitive across all styles, whether in automatic, sequential paddle shifting, or manual with clutch. Putting a Nascar V8 into a Smart Car is one thing, but being able to further tailor gear ratios and boost output to the overall power, weight, and grip of the car to make it the fastest on the drag strip is a welcome addition to the basic visual and bolt-on performance part customization. The ability to fine tune each car is also an extremely good plus. The ability to customize every single part of the car creates a game experience within itself, not including the actual driving. Customization is nothing short of stellar. The development team at Studio Furukawa numbering at 8 people have made an amazing game. Despite some ambitious promises of a full fledged story never coming to fruition at the time of writing, the numerous bug patches and content updates have kept me coming back again and again for a quick, simple, yet extremely fun game. I began playing this game back from the time of its release in the middle of 2016 and have never put this game down since.
